Where Does the Weight Come From?

A fat-tire e-bike typically combines wide 4-inch tires, larger wheels, a motor, battery and a reinforced frame. Compared with a conventional bicycle, these components naturally add mass. The battery stores the energy needed for electric assistance, while the motor and stronger frame are designed to handle additional loads and riding demands.
