What are the advantages of the CT20 Pro Max?

EU Version: 250W / 25 km/h. Unlocks to 1000W / 50 km/h. Features a smart app dashboard, torque sensor, hydraulic brakes, and super-bright lighting for a safer ride.

How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

We have an after-sales center in Europe, with 1-year warranty on accessories: motor, frame, battery, controller. For other specific parts warranty, please refer to the after-sales policy.

Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?

Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.

Is the bike waterproof?

The drvetion e-bike is IPX5 waterproof and the IPS display is IPX7 waterproof. All electronic components are sealed against heavy rain and dust, but for safety reasons we do not recommend long rides in the rain.

Will replacement parts be available for years to come?

We will continue to provide replacement parts for at least ten years in the future, such as motors, batteries, controllers, meters, etc., and guarantee that the price of replacement parts will always be high quality and low price, so that people can spend a small amount of money to experience riding Fun is the purpose of Drvetion.

How should I store my bike & battery for long periods of time?

If you need to store your bike during a long period of time such as the winter months, please ensure that the battery is fully charged then turn off the master switch which is the red toggle button under the back end of the battery (you can normally leave this on if you use the bike regularly). Then remove the battery from the bicycle and store in a cool place. Following these instructions should ensure our battery to last you many years.
