We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Drvetion. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

We provide a 1-year warranty for every Drvetion e-bike and separately purchased accessories, excluding wear-and-tear items. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your bike. During this time, you are entitled to free repairs for any issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which addresses all manufacturing defects.

What is the maximum speed of this ET20?
European standard version, motor 250w, speed 25km/h. You can unlock it, the motor reaches 1000w, speed 50km/h.
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have an after-sales center in Europe, with 1-year warranty on accessories: motor, frame, battery, controller. For other specific parts warranty, please refer to the after-sales policy.
Do I need to assemble the scooter after receiving it?
Our electric scooters are all brand new, with an assembly rate of up to 85%, making assembly a breeze. After unpacking, simply install the front wheel and rearview mirror. The entire process is quick and easy, allowing you to hit the road immediately.
Is the bike waterproof?
The Drvetion electric scooter has an IPX5 waterproof rating, and the IPS display has an IPX7 waterproof rating. All electronic components are sealed to withstand heavy rain and dust, but for safety reasons, we do not recommend riding in the rain for extended periods.
Will replacement parts be available for years to come?
We will continue to supply replacement parts, such as motors, batteries, controllers, and gauges, for at least the next year, and will ensure that these replacement parts remain cost-effective, allowing people to experience the joy of riding at a low cost. This is Drvetion's mission.
How should I store my scooter and battery for an extended period?
If you need to store your bike during a long period of time such as the winter months, please ensure that the battery is fully charged then turn off the master switch which is the red toggle button under the back end of the battery (you can normally leave this on if you use the bike regularly). Then remove the battery from the bicycle and store in a cool place. Following these instructions should ensure our battery to last you many years.
