We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Drvetion. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

We provide a 1-year warranty for every Drvetion e-bike and separately purchased accessories, excluding wear-and-tear items. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your bike. During this time, you are entitled to free repairs for any issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which addresses all manufacturing defects.

Featuring tool-free swappable architecture, the hot-swap system enables rapid charging cycles (0-100% in 6h). Detachable design eliminates bike relocation needs, reducing downtime while maintaining all-weather operational readiness.

Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.
Is the bike waterproof?
The e-bike is IPX5 waterproof and the IPS display is IPX7 waterproof. All electronic components are sealed against heavy rain and dust, but for safety reasons we do not recommend long rides in the rain.
Will replacement parts be available for years to come?
We will continue to provide replacement parts for at least ten years in the future, such as motors, batteries, controllers, meters, etc., and guarantee that the price of replacement parts will always be high quality and low price, so that people can spend a small amount of money to experience riding Fun is the purpose of Drvetion.
What battery does the CT20 use?
Adopt Samsung imported 21700 50E A-grade battery, longer service life. Removable Samsung lithium battery pack, brand battery cell, quality assurance. It can be charged more than 3000 times, usually 1000 times. The battery pack is equipped with a power lock function, which will stop any power supply when turned off. The rider can charge the battery directly or remove the battery for charging and put it back in the frame.

1200 km and counting. No issues, only short mentenance (chain lubrication, brakes adjusment, cheking screws, fork grease) , good for city traffic, good for long walks in the morning and night :)
There are more things that can be improved, but overall good balance between value and what you get.
A soft start on the motor would be desirable (a torque senzor maybe ? ) , but you can live without it.
Would I buy again? 100% yes!
