What is the Right of Withdrawal?

Under EU Directive 2023/2673 (the updated Consumer Rights Directive), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
This is different from our general Return & Refund Policy. The right of withdrawal is a legal protection that allows you to cancel your online purchase contract, even if the product has been delivered.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly and easily using our official withdrawal form, no login required.
To complete your request, you will only need to provide:
  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • (Optional) A description of the items you wish to withdraw
After submitting, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with a timestamp. This email serves as proof that you have exercised your right.
